Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds (If Applicable) We do not offer refunds without return of merchandise. Refunds are not valid on merchandise returned 14 days after parcel(s) delivered.
All refunds must meet return or exchange terms. Once your return package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. If your postal tracking shows that your return has been delivered to our facility but you did not receive your refund, please contact our customer service at: email@example.com.
We suggest using a trackable postage option on returns. Unfortunately if the package is lost on its way to us, our customer service officers will be limited in what they can do to compensate you. The refund credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
When you return or cancel an order and a gift voucher was used as full payment, your refund will be issued to you in gift vouchers (i.e. we will not refund money to you under these circumstances). There will be no monetary exchange for returned or cancelled orders made with gift vouchers.
The purchaser of the shipment will be the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all the relevant customs duties, taxes and fees thus we do not refund for these fees charged.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Payments can be done with bank-issued credit cards from any country, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All transactions are encrypted for your safety. Additionally, we're very happy to offer PayPal checkout service to our customers.
At this time we do not accept personal checks, money orders or any other form of payment.
Our credit card service provider, Stripe, allows us to accept credit card payments, however, do note that there may be an international charge on your credit card.
If you have a promotion code, please enter it in the shopping cart page in the ‘Discount’ field and click on ‘Apply’. Please check the expiry date of your promotion code before using it. Please note that you cannot use more than one promotion code for the same purchase order.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.
* Note that payments made via Paypal eCheque would take 5 days and up to clear. This will delay the verification process.

The prices of the products will be as displayed on the Website. Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
SCB may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
